Cometa Studio developed the full investment brochure for Barreiro Oasis Green Living Project in collaboration with RPE and Stone Capital.

The project was designed as a high-end Investment Memorandum aimed at presenting the development opportunity to potential investors through a clear, sophisticated, and visually compelling narrative. Our work included the creation of the brochure structure, art direction, layout design, visual storytelling, integration of architectural materials, financial presentation support, floor plan organization, and the overall development of the project’s visual identity within the investment context.

The brochure was carefully crafted to balance institutional credibility with emotional appeal, combining refined typography, strategic pacing, architectural renders, maps, diagrams, and curated project information to communicate both the investment potential and lifestyle vision behind the development.
