Cometa Studio led the full rebranding of Portela da Villa, repositioning the project to better reflect its unique blend of nature, architecture, and community living. We developed a new visual identity, created updated architectural renders and floorplans, and translated the vision into clear, compelling communication materials. This included the design and production of a full brochure and the development of a custom website, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and enhancing the project’s appeal to prospective buyers.
